Frequently asked

Is the free month / trial available on the yearly plan?

No — the R5 first-month activation and 30-day trial mechanics apply to the monthly plan only. Yearly Pro is charged in full (R330) at checkout and renews yearly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page and your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for. You can also switch between monthly and yearly there.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your published site enters a 7-day grace period and stays live. After that it's taken down — but all your content is preserved, and one payment instantly restores it at the same URL.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes — on your account page. If your plan can be changed on the spot it switches immediately; otherwise your current plan runs to the end of its period and the new one starts from a fresh checkout. No prorated refunds.
